How long will it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes:
U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days (depending on location and customs)
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Who handles production and shipping?
All products are printed and shipped by Printful, a trusted global print-on-demand partner with fulfillment centers in the U.S., Europe, and other regions.
This allows every order to be produced locally when possible, reducing shipping times and emissions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Printful will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, no extra cost to you. You might be asked for photos so the issue can be resolved quickly.
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
Since each item is made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size issues.
Please check size charts and descriptions carefully before ordering.
If the item is damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it right away.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Printful automatically selects the best fulfillment location to minimize these costs whenever possible.
